Ingredients

8 bread slices, made into small pieces

Heat oil in pan, fry the onions and green chilies.

Add bread pieces and fry well. Also add to it the beaten egg and scramble it.

6 potato, baking 

1 cup green chili sauce 

1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Recipe



Peel and cut potatoes into french fry sticks. 

Either fry potatoes in oil or bake in a 400 oven for 15 to 20 minutes. 

Heat green chili in a saucepan. 

When potatoes are done place on a broil proof pan, I use a metal pie pan, pour green chilie on top then sprinkle with cheese.

Wash the Aaloobukharay thoroughly and soak them in some water for about 2 hours.

In a saucepan add about 1/2 a cup of water, the sugar and the Aaloobukharay and cook it on low heat.

Add the food color if you want the sauce to take on a reddish tinge.

Ingredients



Noodles 2 packets (spicy)

Green chilies 3 (chopped)

Cottage cheese 100g (cut into smaller cubes)

Gram flour 100g

Salt to taste

Water 1 ½ cup

Oil 2 cups (for deep frying)

Recipe



Boil noodles in 3 cups of boiling water for 2 min. also add tastemaker. Keep aside. When cools down, mix with green chilly and cheese cubes.’

Mix gram flour, salt and water for a smooth thick batter.

Add boiled noodles and mix well.

250 grm. potatoes peeled and sliced 

3 tbs. oil 

1 tsp cumin seeds (Zeera)

2-3 whole dried red chilies or ½ tsp. crushed chilies

1/8 tsp. turmeric (Haldi) powder 

½ tsp. salt (according to taste) 



Instructions

Heat the oil and add Cumin Seeds (Zeera) and whole red chili and sauté till they start to brown.

Add the potato and rest of the spices along with a little water.

Cover and cook on low heat.(10-15 minutes) till potatoes are soft
